Food Play Grow, a branch of Family Dietetics, is proudly based on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and is dedicated to helping children and families achieve their nutrition, feeding, and developmental goals. We provide a nurturing and positive environment that encourages self-confidence, curiosity, and growth through enjoyable, hands-on food experiences.
Our programs and therapy sessions, including specialized feeding therapy, are designed to make learning about food fun, reduce mealtime stress, and support healthy relationships with eating. At Food Play Grow, we focus on play & grow methodologies to promote exploration and self-feeding skills in a calm, supportive setting.
We work closely with parents and caregivers, acting as a key worker to build confidence and practical strategies for home, while our NDIS dietitian collaborates with families to tailor nutrition support to each child's unique needs. We regularly review and evaluate progress to ensure every child continues to thrive in their paediatric dietetics journey.
Our goal is to create positive experiences around food, supporting children to grow, learn, and enjoy mealtimes again.
